Refurbished rustic house that conserves a listed façade, respecting the traditional Mallorcan architecture. The main objective of the renovation was to find solutions to gain natural light and ventilation.

The result is a house that keeps its traditional Mediterranean spirit intact while enjoying the comforts of modern living, with an open and airy layout.
